We are an active adult (55+) community located in Boynton Beach, Florida. Our community is bordered by Congress Avenue to the west, Woolbright to the south, and Boynton Beach Blvd. to the north. We are close to the intercostal, the beach, I-95, hundreds of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. Palm Beach Leisureville is conveniently located near Boca Raton, Delray Beach, West Palm Beach, and Fort Lauderdale (two airports within 30 minutes).
Beautiful Lakes and canals wind through Leisureville, making it a beautiful, lush community.
We boast a par three 18 hole Golf Course for our residents.
In addition, we have 3 large Recreation Facilities, each with its own heated/cooled pool, billiards, shuffle board, TV room, library, and full kitchen.
A Fitness Center, fully equipped woodshop, a spa, and a stage and sound room used for shows and entertainment, make Leisureville a community that has it all.
Our residents come from all over the country, Canada, and other parts of the world. We play together, volunteer together, and work together to make Palm Beach Leisureville a wonderful place to live. Our volunteers work on committees that generate revenue that goes towards out maintenance expenses and improvements. As a result, out maintenance fees are more than reasonable and include all outside maintenance (mowing, underground sprinklers, full house painting, free golf, and the use of out three large clubhouses and pools). We believe we are the best kept secret of south Florida.
